PTM 2-1 rust converter

Has anyone used a product by PTM called 2-1 rust converter and if so what do you think of it. It is fairly expensive but would be worth it if it really works. $139/gallon. It says it contains no phosphoric acid.

Without phosphoric acid it's not going to produce the shiny black iron phosphate that you want.

Over the years I have seen several ads for rust converters that made claims that rust would disappear and etc, making it sound like you could just put it on the crusty rust and it would work miracles. Some of them, like the one you mentioned, are pretty expensive. I don't know about those but I do use a lot of phosphoric acid which I apply after removing all of the loose rust.
