PTO Overrun Clutch

The Oliver and I tangled with the Sweet Gum tree, and lost.
Tore my exhaust stack off, I ran over it with the Rotary and broke the overrun clutch ... thing on the PTO. Mobile guy was out and has me running, but says I am safer with this item. WeWon'tTalkAboutTheNekkidPTOShaft ......

Are they all the same?? TSC is $85 and eBay is $54.
I am being frugal.
