pto pump

I have a 1948 M and and a dual loader on it. I want to replace the bad pto pump on the tractor. Any suggestions on what type and how big of pump to put on it?

TThe 'Farmhand' type of pump.Get the large 21 GPM size. Baily Hydralics or Surplus center will be the cheapest

I bought a new one,[a white one] yeah it was cheaper but lasted about a month, broke that center section into, a fresh break, went bought a yellow one, a farmhand, still got that one.

ut a filter in the circuit. It helps to keep hardware from going thru and splitting high priced pumps.

Prince PTO pumps are good. You'll want a 17 or 21gmp pump to run your loader at a nice speed.
