I am still waiting on an answer. I have sent e-mail called them twice. No answer yet. Not a good show of support. If nothing else you can take your information and look the unit up.I have done that with many older units.Now if I wanted to buy one. I am sure they would call me back. I will keep trying.

I have found that many websites that list an email address to "contact them" never respond.
Seems nobody monitors for incoming emails.

Try to find an email for the ceo or some other executive.

Or call them.

I have called them twice this week. And was told we will call right
back. Well I am still waiting. I find support very poor from most
firms. Now if I wanted to buy something. The calls would never stop.
