Pulley removal

Want to take this pulley off my old B. I think it's from a woods mower setup. I got the three 1/2" bolts out but nothing will budge. I'd though the I better ask before getting rough. Thanks.

There are 6 holes there. The 3 that the bolts where in are lock down bolt holes the other 3 are to removing the pulley so as the other guy said put the bolts in the other 3 holes and tighten them down and the pulley will loosen up
 
make sure that the little bolts are in good shape, before you use them to remove the pulley. use new ones, if there is any doubt. do not ask why i
cautioned you about this.
 
Put the bolts into the 3 tapped holes
on the hub flange, then tighten them
equally and evenly. The hub and pulley
will separate and slide off easily.
