pulling hitch

I have a Farmall H with plenty of power after a 1 or 2 of mods. My problem now is I am spinning out, don't need much more maybe 4 to 5 feet, need to be beating some of those bigger tractors. My ? is will a pulling hitch give those few extra feet I am looking for. I am currently using the standard style horseshoe hitch. I am at the max for height but not as close to the axles as allowed. Would a pulling hitch make a difference. I also have for sale a 350 camshaft, 300 0r 350 L.P. manifold and a H head, all are in good condition.

Yea i hitch probably would give you a few more feet but then it messes up your whole system youve worked on. Your tire pressure will most likely have to change and weights. Make sure you get the hitch as high and close to the axles as rules will let. Theres a reason they have those rules, kuz there is an advantage to having a hitch like that.
