Pulling the Allis C

When changing the governor spring from stock to a CA or D15 are we just talking about the exposed external spring or one that isinternal

Yeah the external one . Or you can zip-tie two or three of the coils together on the one thats on it and get about 2500 rpms out of it. Not sure if thats against the rules where you pull but where we pulled we got away with it for a long time. Then we sold the tractor.
