Question on insurance

[Traditional Farmer]

My farm insurance covers my farming activities with tractors and equipment but not non farm related use like a tractor ride.Also state law allows farm use of tractors but if the tractor is used for something other than farm use its illegal unless its inspected,tagged,etc.Rarely ever enforced but might come into to play in a lawsuit about an accident.

Clubs might have insurance but in case of a law suit nothing to stop individuals from also being sued personally and probably would be.

my tractor ins. is with state farm also golf cart, tractor is like antique car ins. they take a picture of it. and you give them a value for a restored tractor, Brother started driving a Farmall H on tractor rides they had taken a picture of it, it is not painted up and they sent him letter and said they cancelled policy cause not restored.

time to find another insurance man if your current carrier doesent cover your needs just find one who will

The club insurance protects individual members and the club.
