I belong to a Farm Museum. We have a IHC 8-16 and IHC Reaper/Binder. Are these old item really had to find or are there still a few to be seen. We also have a 10-20 and 15-30.
Thanks Peter

If you're asking if these machines are so rare that it makes your museum a must see destination in North America for antique farm machinery enthusiast, I would say no. As a pure guess I would say you could find at least a couple examples, if not more, of each in every state in the US that has a history of wheat production or any agricultural activity in the case of the tractors. Is there some other reason or information you're seeking that has lead you to bring up this question?

I think the Ashtabula County antique society has a ihc reaper on display ,so I would say you have a good chance it would be a great conversation piece for the guest to discuss. Just my thoughts. All depends on the guides knowledgeable presentation to the guest. Not going to find many of them that guest have any knowledge about.

the only thing actually worth some decent money is the 8-16 tractor. they are not all that common. 10-20's and 15-30's were a dime a dozen all over the country. as the 10-20 there was over 200,000 of them built. the scrap people were having a hay day hauling them for scrap as to many were around. binders are not worth a lot either if nice its a good museum piece , if not its scrap also.
