oes not change as function of transmission gear selected. Direct ratio of engine speed. 545 rpm PTO for most implements.
 
Hubert......the PTO is direct coupled to yer tranny counter shaft and DOES NOT CHANGE rpms no matter what gear yer in. Surprizingly enuff, yer NAA tach (proofmeter) has a PTO rpm reading band so adjust yer hand throttle accordingly. Simple, eh? .......Dell
