Radiator Caps!

Im in the middle of a restoration on my 41 H that still has its original unpressurized radiator. Dang thing was such a pain to get off Id prefer to just go ahead and buy a new one seeing Im this far along and would hate to take everything back apart once the original springs a leak.

Only problem is the original radiator cap is pretty cool looking and Id hate to replace it with a modern pressurized winged cap. Can anyone confirm that the old style unpressurized caps will fit on a new pressurized radiator?

Thank you!

I got my radiator cleaned, tested and repaired. Many new radiators really are not anything to be excited about - other than being enraged that they don't last.
Not sure if the cap will fit - they look similar to the pressurized ones (although taller) and fit in the same manner.
My Farmall M has a pressure-type cap, but it looks very similiar to the non-pressure type - no wings on it.

The old cap absolutely will not fit the new radiator, but the old cap WILL fit the gas tank.

Search net for number 43983D for a new one if your gas cap and radiator cap is the same size. Several places selling the non pressure type.
