Radiator Hood Pad

I assume this goes around the neck of the radiator under the hood? I bought one with my new radiator but since I didn't have one before I have to guess where it goes.
 
Yep, you assumed right, the pad goes between the radiator and the hood. You should also have two small black rubber pads that go under the radiator, between the radiator and the axle support. One for each bolt.
