continental 134 gas 1964
I replied to Fergy to-35. Is that you? Do you have two usernames here?

The three parts books are linked pick the one for your tractor, then the right engine to get the radiator part number. Use the part number to search with.

Since you say you are ordering by the original number on your radiator, about the best you can do is sketch the radiator out with all the dimensions and talk with vendors. Send them the info to review before purchasing. Have you talked to more than one vendor?

What is your serial number?

You should use the Contact Us form and see if the administrator can combine your two identities into one. Starting this as Fergy to-35 and then jumping in as 1948jr is confusing, one doesn't know if the original poster is getting the info they asked about or not.

I have a 1960 MF 35 gas that needed a new radiator. I bought one online that I thought was perfect until I tried to put the hood back on. That piece inside the hood, just above the grill, would not clear the upper radiator tank. What I did was boost the radiator up as far as the hose connections would allow, then move the fan shroud down and trim some metal from the inside of the hood. It works now.

MY MF202 needed a new radiator when my fan went into it. The MF202 is the industrial version of the MF35. It has the Z134 Continental gas engine in it. I have a TSC in my town so I just had them order me a new radiator. It fit with no problems. I don't know who made it. Maybe I just got lucky. I have no serial number for the tractor but, by the number tag on the engine, the engine was made in 1958.

I rebuilt 2 TEA 20's and had the same problem with the radiators fitting properly. My solution was to find a used one rom a wrecker and get it rebuilt. Not cheap but at least it fit.

Sorry I have been so long getting back to you. I haven't pulled this tractor out of winter storage yet and the light is not good where it is. Today I took the grill out and took this picture looking up. The area circled in blue is above the grill and towards the radiator. It is horizontal. That is where I trimmed the metal off so it would clear the upper radiator tank. Hope this helps.
