Would anyone happen to have the operators manual or at least the general operating procedure? Also, what should the sample size be? I just picked one up but it s missing the scale.
I m guessing the sample size should be 3oz. Set to calibration, move upper dial to center gauge needle, dump in sample, the turn main dial until gauge is at center, read reading on main dial. In my case I m trying to test corn. So, I read the corn side, and then checked the temperature correction chart and adjusted accordingly.
