Rain cap

Help. Has anyone ever put one of these on their tractor. What am I missing or not seeing. Theres a large void in the clamp part Thanks

I'd have to hold it in my hand and take a better look, but ya, I had one that had kind of a wedged clamp on it. You slipped it down over the muffler and tightened a screw underneath to clamp it down. It tended not to stay on there very well.
