Is the clutch bellhouseing on the RC tractor the same as the WC?

Yes. I have two RC, both early, from 1939...one SN about 387, other about 33xx, they both have housings with starter hole. Also have at least two styled WC with starters- same housings.

I would have guessed they are different since they use different motors?

They use different motors, but they both used the WC rolling chassis. I think the belt pulley was different between them, but might just be the gear on the end. Tried looking them up, but AGCO doesn't have the RC on-line.

The belt pulley on the RC is the same as one used on a C- smaller diameter. WC, WD, WF, WD45 used the larger cast pulley.
