Won't work, 2510/2520 uses the same bell housing the Dubuque tractors use. Would have to change the center housing, not worth the trouble. Using an engine plate from a 4030 or late 4050 and pump support from same or 2510/2520 will allow you to bolt any 300 series engine, 3, 4 or 6 cylinder to the Waterloo pattern.

A kit to repower a 3010/3020 with a Dubuque engine is a great idea.

That may not be a repowered 3010, it looks more like a repowered 4320 or maybe a repowered side console 4020. The front grill, side grills, rear wheel castings, fenders, PTO lever and side console do not look like they are from a 3010.

Yes, it is a 4320. But it uses similar kit as the 3010 repower. I would have think that a rebuilt or reman 404 would have been cheaper than a brand new 6068.

A 466, 7.6 or 8.1 would have been my choice for a repower on a 4320, way simplier.

One difficulty is to find a ioil pan for 4 cylinders 300 series that fits wterloo bellhousing.I dont thonk they exist but I may be wrong.when a 4030 rear plate is used, I think that you have to shorten a 4030 oil pan or make tour own.
If you use the 2520 bellhousing to me it seems simpler because an oil pan from other utility tractor will work.

Indeed one can akways put a steel pan like from a 2020 and solve the issue. But it would not be as strong as a 2520 or 3020 because it will put lort of stresses in the block if used for loader work.
Unless you fab a reinforcing structure that connect bottom of bell housibgs to fronr of frame rails
