In MN a 5% bio blend is mandated. It comes with good and bad. Algae is on the increase and water in our fuel tanks. I see in moisture increase and have seen more water in
my own tanks. I have replaced sending units in these diesel fuel tanks that are rusted all to he11, that never used to happen. The bio has good characteristics but comes
with a price, Rod.
 
Just like so many other things "Ideas so bad they must be made mandatory" very similar to the current wind towers that I am suffering in North Dakota because someone mandated, and the fed subsidized.
 
And also I tried bio for awhile when it was new, I fungus and water, dirty filters all the time. I won't be doing that again.
 
We have used 11 o/o bio in our fuels for years with no problems. But, our supplier only uses soy based bio. The suppliers that are using other
than pure soy have had numerous issues. Just my 2 cents. Paul
