Well known redbelly restoration center in Shelby, NC has them for 3.50 ea, cheap enough. Try Google search for Ford stud 88403.
 
OEM Ford p/n is 88403-S; 7/16-14 x 7/16-20 x 1-5/8"L. There are a few suppliers out there. Search for 'stud'. Remember the coarse thread goes into the cast iron engine block. Fine thread accepts the hex nuts.
