Re: Halogen Headlights

They make it hard for someone that has a vehicle with a 25 year old windshield that seems slightly frosted from sand over the
years. When I meet such a vehicle on the road especially if they have their high beams on I can't even tell where the road is.
Then today it seems to be a trend for most to run with their high beams on and they refuse to dim them.

I got silverstars.
I went through 3 or 4 sets of ebay and banggood LED ones. They wouldn't aling sharply with the road.

Nowadays it's brightest lights win. You might see people replace their cars just so they can win in the blinder wars on the way to work.

Watch the LA morning news helicopter over dark hours rush hour and headlights are just different now. The color the range the intensities

They started putting all different colors
than green in the instruments and
dashboard, and had to start making
headlights brighter to compensate for the
effect on night vision.

The cheap straight-outta-China cheap LEDs
don't help, most have a bright high beam,
and a dim high beam, and don't cast any
kind of pattern like they are supposed to.
