Re: stihl chainsaw

I had the Farm Boss up until it was stolen when I replaced it I got the Pro 036 same size same weight just a few more Horse power it has been a great saw also in the ten years that I have owned it I had have it repaired one time the clip broke for the needle bearing the cluth wore a hole in oil pump so I had one $60 dollar repair in ten years for a saw that has always started when I needed it I can't complain.
I keep a 18" bar and a 25 inch bar the long bar saves you from bending over all day when limbing a tree.

grandpa gave his 028 super with ectronic quickstop woodboss just before he passed away from cancer 2 years ago, been a great saw as long as i can remember that he had it, ande i havent had any issues with it!

I have 2 028's and one super 028. The super I bought at a yard sale for 2$ it had been run on straight gas. Put a set of rings in and been using since. Also have a 4th 028 I built from parts after my old one cracked the case but haven't had to use it yet. They still hold their value real good at auctions and on ebay.

I have an 028 that I purchased in Virginia in the early 80's. It moved with me and works great, still. Now in Massachusetts.
