Rear Axle Housings

[Frank, Tx]

What year were the words "JOHN DEERE" no longer cast into the rear axle housings of a B ?

[CLW]

The first B NOT to have it was serial number 201000 which was built Feb. 4, 1947. The last one that had it was serial number 200247, built Jan. 9, 1947. That said gtx1967jewison who post on here says he has a late styled B with the letters on the axles.
