Rear brake

Just picked up a 8N. I noticed it struggling taking off a bit and come to find out the back right brake seems to be sticking. I do not have much pedal. I have tried to free it but jerking the pedal up and down. It will drive forward but you can hear a squeal. I can not roll it forward alone in neutral. I can roll it backwards though. It seems to stick real bad in one place.

Should I try to adjust anything first or do I need to tear into it and see what's going on? I do not know much about drum brakes but I'm sure they're not that complicated.

My rear tires are loaded with fluid. I have a 1 ton shop crane I could use to move it around unless that isn't wise to do.

I have a '48 8N that I purchased several years ago. I bought it from a dealer who had taken it in on trace and had rebuilt the
brakes. The left brake would hang up very badly. I removed the wheel and hub and drum and chamfered the leading edge of the
the brake shoes (as advised here at YT). That did not help. I found that stomping up and down on the brake pedal would release
it and that it would be OK until it sat overnight. Then the same thing would happen. After a while the issue resolved itself.

I noticed tonight that the right brake works while driving in gear. It still wont roll in neutral. Any ideas?
