rear cast wheels

I have a 3010 gas which has 36" rear tires. I have a chance to buy tires, rims and cast wheels which are 18.4 x 34 off of a 4020. My question is can I use the wedges from the 3010 wheels to replace the 4020 wedges? Also, is a 18.4 x 34 too big for a 3010?
Thanks.

Actually, the answer is "probably not". The 20 series wheels has a different internal taper on the wedges than the 10 and earlier series wheels. If you find a 34" wheel casting from a 10 series it will fit. Otherwise, the 20 will not. I once tried to put some 10 series wheels on a 4020 and the wedges simply will not work. Been there. Mike

I would also add that 18.4-34 would be a rather large wheel for a 3010. I have seen it done on 3020s and not telling you it can't be done because it has, but I think you'd be better off with a 15.3-38 or 16.9-34 instead.

I also found out the 34 inch centers are different. But if he goes with 38 inch centers like the F1500R they should work as I have owned both 3010 and 3020 tractors with those. Tom

I have a set of 34inc. centers complete , rims ,tires everything ,they came off a 730 they might work. There are for a 730 standard. The rims are drop centers. would like to sell all.
