Rear cover on an A

Wanting to take off the power-trol off of my unstyled A and put on a flat back. I got one off newer A but found that the shaft is bigger and a different setup than the unstyled. Is there any way to make the shafts work with what I have or find the correct parts. thanks

IS the new style pto shaft a 3 piece with couplers or one piece. Because I swithed my sons 1936 unstyled A to a power-trol and had to use a pto adapter inside the rear end housing to convert it. If it is a one piece you cant use the adapter
