Rear tractor tires

Has anyone run Petlas rear tractors. What are the pros and cons about these tires?
Thank for your information and time.

Traction rating trumps country of origin IMO. Some R1 tires are no better than R4 tires for traction in loose soil.
I place high importance on how the sidewalls hold up and if they will crack in front of the lugs. Some tires will get bad side wall cracks way earlier than the known higher quality ones which of course makes them very expensive to own.

Sidewalls and size and number of bars becomes more important than brand any more.

For longevity and traction, if you want them for traction in dirt.

Coop sold me some cheap Samson tires for duals a few years ago, they are better than the wore smooth tires I had on the duals, but would not be good for serious traction as the main tires with about only half the bars as a Firestone or Goodyear has. Thry fit my application so I am happy with the Samson but I would be very disappointed with them as single or inner tire on my heavy pull tractor. Exactly as the coop advised and suggested.

I put a set of Petlas all the way around a 90hp 4x4 last year. I’ve been a Firestone radial guy for years. Tractor has been hooked to a batwing for 1200hrs. Lots of road time between farms. Tread is still 90% or better.Traction is amazing on hillsides, ride is great. Will be replacing all firestones with these tires.
