631 right rear wheel makes a little noise, not study. Any ideas what it could be. If need to raise the rear
end of the tractor where is a good place to position the floor jack. Has fluid and chains on, should these be
removed before.

little noise
Would you provide a little more info on what kind of noise? Scraping, grinding, knocking.

Is it specific to gear speed, turning, direction of travel or incline?

When it makes the noise, does it go away if you apply the brake for that side?

If you've checked the rim bolts as STB advised, my next move would be to pull the brake drum for a look/see.

Place your jack beneath the trumpet where the fender mounts. Lift tractor just enough to remove the wheel. Place wood cribbing or jack stand below trumpet in case the jack leaks down. Might want to enlist an able bodied helper as you likely know loaded tires are heavy and dangerous.

(quoted from post at 11:37:24 01/12/19)it does have adjustable rims if the makes a differance.

All Ford wheels of that era are adjustable. If you're saying this is a power adjustable wheel, the first place I'd check are the wheel to rim clamps. It the bolts can be tightened, good. If there's no tightening left, not good.
