   You are probably needing a wheel because it is rusted out in the area of the valve stem.  Purchase a blank rim from a tire supplier, cut off the old rim and weld on the new blank.  You can purchase the blank from Miller tire in Ohio for example.  I have replaced rims on most of my tractors that I have restored.  If you are installing new tires tubeless you need a smooth rim beab.
