rebuilding my 850d

After rebuilding the engine on my 850d the only way it will start and run is on either.Once I take the either away it dies.Are my fuel injectors bad or is there some other reason for it not to run?

Need fuel, air and compression to start. Make sure you are getting fuel to the injectors and that your air filter/ induction system is not restricted. If they are good, then check your compression. Low compression means worn rings, leaking valves, etc
