rebuilt clutch

I just installed a rebuilt clutch in my MF50. It's a dual clutch. After I put the tractor back together I was informed that there may have been three bolts that needed to be removed from the rebuilt clutch before remating the engine to the clutch housing. They said without removing the bolts the clutch won't disengage. So I tested their theory. I jacked up one wheel of the tractor and without the engine running put the tractor in gear and put the PTO in gear. Sure enough without pressing the clutch I can't turn the wheel or the PTO. I push the clutch down halfway (before the PTO release) and can easily turn the wheel. When I push the clutch down all the way I can easily turn the PTO. Does that mean there weren't any bolts to be removed? Or do I need to split the tractor to take these bolts that I may or may not have out? Could someone send pictures of where the bolts are?
