I recently purchased some land and in the barns were several tractors and a 76 internal thresher. was hoping someone could shed some light on what I had and if it was worth selling.

$4-700 a piece, more if they are free, entirely there, close to running, good enough tires.

Old combines like the Mcormick are neat, not sure what the market is on them as so few left in barns around here any more, just never see them. If that’s shedded and all there it would be in better than average shape, I’m sure someone would be interested.

Old farm equipment isn’t a get rich quick type of deal, but it sure is neat to see something get restored and nice again, vs melted down into some cheap trinket that comes back across the Pacific.

I Would try to find a club in the area that may be able to put you on to someone that could help you evaluate and price them. Then when you have lookers you could perhaps sell a lot of other items so that you can reduce the amount to be hauled off.

A big plus is they are in a barn and not out in the weather. Even if stuck it is likely they can be freed up with time and care.

I downloaded the pictures and set them upright. There is some neat F-20's there. One looks pretty good and looks like it has been in a tractor show in Cowden Pioneer Days in 1989. I has foot brakes and cast rear wheels and I bet a road gear. Another has some sort of replacement engine with a governor hooked up the the carburetor. Neat. Another has a loader, so must have some sort of hydraulic system.
All in all, some really neat stuff.

Like mentioned above, don't scrap it.

Today tractors are bringing around $1,200 at salvage yards last I heard.
