Red Ford combine

A friend called me to ask if I wanted a Ford pull behind combine for free. I don't have any room to store it. Combine is red, so probably from late 50s or early 60s. Don't know who built it for Ford. Any ideas?
He used it a couple years for rye harvest, and it has been inside a building for years. He just wants it gone. Near Binghamton NY

Could be an Oliver. Any Pictures?

I want to say Wood Brothers, but a Ford guy will tell you for sure. Oliver built some self propelled for Ford, but no pull types that I know of.

Had a red Ford combine when I was a kid, that was a while back.
Dad upgraded to an A2 Gleaner, I thought we were in the big time

Pretty good combine from what I remember about it .
Good deal for small farm operations .

Won't know until we see a picture but the Oliver 18 was sold through Ford using Ford red. I don't know how long that arrangement lasted.

Owner sent me a picture. I'm not having much luck posting it, but combine appears to be LH cut. I'll have a break from second cutting soon and try to get to see it.

Grandpa always talked about growing up with a Ford combine. Took me years but I finally found one. Left hand cut. They are same as Woods Bros. If i remember right, Ford also built a red self propelled combine about this same time. Pretty cool. Hard to find specific parts for.

Well, it is here now. Dunno what I will do with it, but at least my friend's shed has more room now. Model 16-47 combine. Someone stole the unloading auger and part of the ScourClean. Strange.

Pretty nice combine, vutvwait ,even has a scouring clean on it ! Big plus I think .

I don’t think my AC 72 would load very well . Take out a lot of mail boxes !

it was about 6 miles away, mostly roads with wide shoulders. I wasn't sure the combine tires would last that long a trip on the blacktop. My trailer deck tilts up, we put my winch on the front of the deck, my friend found the appx center of width underneath, we pulled it on with the heavy side tire about 1/3 on the deck and the other tire just off the side of the trailer. Between the winch and a comealong to help steer the tongue, we lucked out to get it on the deck. Pretty good for amateurs. Unloading it this afternoon, I lifted the heavy side with a chain off the backhoe bucket, lifted the other side with skidsteer forks, and drove the trailer out from under the combine. It ended up on the ground with no injuries to us or the machine.

I finally remembered to measure it. 66", puts it just 6" less cut from yours.
