With the glare it is hard to see if the wires have insulated ends on them or not. I would guess they do. If not then a fire waiting to happen.

I installed a legit in-line fuse in my '67 roadster to address a known problem with the wiring. I have an upgrade wiring diagram in the car's manual so I drew the added fuse into it along with a little note of its location. Not just for the next owner but for me in two years, LOL.
 
I installed a legit in-line fuse holder.

I've replaced many legit fuse holders with my
redneck fuse holder. The 30 amp legit fuse
holders don't hold up for me..
