Picked up some worthington reel mowers. put them on one of the 9n's for a test cut. worked good. Came with Jub worthington G. Got that started but needs card rebuild and tank cleaned.

(quoted from post at 10:38:46 06/23/23) old skool, nice. love the cut that style makes.
When I was going to college, I worked part time in a hardware store/lawnmower repair shop. One mf my jobs was to sharpen reel mowers. Had to be real precise in setting up the machine!!

Let me ask you something. How do you guys make a post here without using the "quote" thing or the "reply" thing?

backspace all the stuff it pre-supplies you with out of existence.

be advised - the quote tags, with and without the leading slash, are teams. when you remove one, remove both. if you remove *everything,* you're good to go.

In classic when you are viewing the forum outside of a thread, scroll to the bottom of the page, the form is there.
In modern just use the 'new topic' button.

I used the new topic button but it did not work. It just created a whole new thread as you can see in "Subject".

Is that not what you wanted? Reply button creates a new post inside a thread...

Nice score Kirk, when sharpened they cut great. What is the width of the reel?

I have four 21" Toro Spartan reels and wanted to use then with 2N.
At one point I had seen a manual on Ebay for the Toro reels used with the Furguson three point, I should had bought it. Has anyone here seen this manual posted somewhere or have a copy they would consider selling? I would like to recreate the carrier that mounts the reels to the 3 point.

Thanks.

Adam.

I gave you a call, yes, that one was a stone's throw away. I was snoozing. Congratulations, in the pic's you sent I noticed some wheels, 32" loops?

I have my FBM range set at the max. 500 mile radius, so from MI. I get to see all the tractors in PA and NY, but I'm just too lazy to hitch up a trailer and go get them!

That Worthington was a intriguing temptress, but I'm also finishing one of them up right now (1950 ''G'').
