Removing Rims

Have 3 1940's era rims that are rusted on. 32's and 36's.. Tried most of penetrating stuff. Tried air chisels and used jacks. Next trying heat but doubt results. Should be a rotary dremel device to cut around. Like 2 inch depth. Hacksaw blade didn't work.

I would need a picture or a much better description to understand what you are talking about. By your description of no bolt holes to me that says pressed on. I have never seen a wheel rim mounted on something relying only on a press fit. You may possibly be describing a rim stuck on a centering flange on a hub?? I do not think you are talking about a rubber tire bead either.

I'm not sure what you want to do maybe to take inner and outer rim apart. I would use a torch and heat it up real good then get a big hammer.

.498" air hammer might help.

Is the rim itself rusted/stuck to the cast center, as your wording sounds? Or are the clamp bolts stuck in the cast center so you can't remove the rim clamps?

I have unfrozen stuck bolts many times with a torch and a candle. Use the torch to heat up the area around the bolt and put a candle near the threads. The wax will get sucked into the threads. Let it cool a bit and the bolt should come right out.

After many hours have both rims off cast hub. 3 cans of juice and air chisel. Had to remove cast hubs to get juice to soak in.
