Replace ignition key for Deutz D4006

A friend of mine has a Deutz D 40 06 I am free to use, but he lost the ignition key. My dad has a 60 06 and he spare key works in the 40 06, but I'd like to find a couple replacements so I can return my dad's spare. I can't find the key anywhere online and I can't find any local key makers who can copy the spare. Anyone have ideas about where/how to get a replacement?

Why not post a photo of the key, someone may recognize it.

Is it a "one fits all" key (as many tractors have across a brand) or an individually coded/cut key?

If so I did a simple google search for "Deutz ignition key" and got 47312 places where you can buy them.

Yeah that's the one I am mostly finding online, and it doesn't match the spare I have. I figured out how to add an image of the spare to the original post.

There is a minimum post count before you can post pictures, like 5 or 7. I'm surprised you could post pictures at only 3 posts without having to go and ask.

Maybe the admin saw your post and approved you.

I found this with google search of "deutz ignition key 06 series." Looks pretty close to yours. Lots of them for sale on amazon and ebay:
