Replacing Bearing Cup Studs

I"m having trouble sliding the hubs for my 2N back into the axle housing and think it"s because the studs I installed in the bearing cup have bent (I had bought replacements at the local hardward store, and may not have bought a high enough quality).

I don"t see replacements on this site. What style / quality do people use and where do you find them?

I determined that the studs I used as replacements were marked "Auto 1-M", but I don't know what that means in regard to their strength or propensity to bend.
