Restorer

[JD 41 B]

I live in southwestern Ohio in the Dayton area. Does anyone know someone in this area who does tractor restoration? I don't need a complete restoration, just a pair of fenders sandblasted and painted.

Why not try a local Auto body shop.

That is an option I have considered. I just thought that if there was an restorer in the area, I would give them my business.

I use a local tombstone guy for my "hard core" sandblasting....the price is right!

Try your local tech school. They are sometimes cheaper and you give some kids experience.

Howdy,

Probably won't help much but I do restorations, paint jobs, etc. on the side (full-time job is with a Case IH dealer). I live in West Union OH. It'd be a good ways to go. Plus, I'm in the middle of one restoration with 2 paint jobs after that so it might be a while. God bless.

I've used a tombstone guy, and it worked good on
cast iron, but they use steel chips on granite
and its not good on sheetmetal, make sure that
they change to sand for fenders.
