Can you see this picture good enough to tell me which wires I change to reverse direction of this moter?

If it has start windings with a centrifugal switch reverse the leads for the start windings. You may have to open up the motor to see.

There is usually a wiring diagram on the back of the plate you removed for the picture. Should be pretty simple moving of couple wires.

Yes but it was illegible. Years of moisture and bugs. Thankyou. I got it. Now running beautiful in the right direction.
