RickB whereabouts

[Bern]

In line with the post about Arlen below, but not wanting to invade the privacy of his post, and after noting the passing of LarryNCKS a while back, anyone seen or heard from RickB lately? It's been months since he's posted.

I was thinking about him a while back too, had a backhoe parts question for him, he was on a couple of the other forums too, but has been off them as well. I used to have the number to the dealership he was out, but can't find it. Always enjoyed reading his replies

He occasionally posts on tractor-by-net

Well at least he's still alive. I hope he comes back someday.

I sent him a PM from the other site and got a reply. He said he and his wife are retired and his interests have changed. I replied that his expertise was missed.

Years ago on the JD board there was a fellow named Clooney that was the go-to guru for two cylinders. He new them inside and out and had a good answer for all problems. He got burned out and disappeared from the site.
I think frustration sets in when you see the same questions asked over and over for years.
