Ring Gear on Oliver 77

Is it a big job to change the ring gear on the fly wheel of an Oliver 77. Should I change the Bendix gear at the same time?

Never changed one,but I hear that if you get a good hot bed of coals going,drop the new one in and get it hot,it'll drop right on. If you are talking about getting the flywheel off,not a hard job. I'd think that you might as well change the Bendix too.
