Where can I find a good quality rivet tool for installing new brake pads, or if there is something for an arbor press. Kind of sad but I called and left a message with a few different places and no calls were returned so thought I would do them for myself and some friends, thanks for any info

4fun,

I find that a transfer punch works very well for setting the rivets on the brake shoes. Use a regular 1/4 inch punch in a vice as an anvil to back the rivet head, and then put the the transfer punch against the other side of the rivet and tap with a hammer. Takes two people, one to hold the shoe and lining, and the other to work the punch, but it does an excellent job, and is cheap.

Is that they one in the Green Magazine article from this past month? They said it did a great job, but didn't have clearance to do all the rivets on a B, so they needed to use a punch anyway.
