robins manifold

Looking at a mccormick 15-30 to restore which has a Robin(s?) manifold. What"s special about this manifold? I assume it"s an aftermarket part or was it a factory option? Also, what year did the PTO become an option on these tractors? The one I"m looking at is a 1927 with a cover where the PTO could be but I would like to add one in the restoration.

the robin manifold was an after market kit to give the tractor more power.came with carb,diff. gov. linkage. and the exhuast pipe went out the hood, instead of down. should be able to locate pto from some junk tractor.
