Rocker Holes?

I noticed a small crack in the bottom hole on the rocker on my recently purchased 49n. Looks like it,s been there awhile, wonder if I can R&R and weld it? What kind of steel.

Removing the mounting pin will be your greatest challenge - It can be welded but if it were mine, I'd replace it.

An air hammer is your best weapon for driving out the pin.

ditto, you can order a new one right there in the upper left corner,on this page or fix yours but the biggest challenge os going to be getting that pin out!

if you are going tot he trouble to remove it.. then repalce it if you can swing it.

otherwise.. weld it while attached if you can.. it should be cast steele and very weldable...
