Does anyone know of a diesel fuel pump repair in or around Topeka, ks? Unit needs help and want a reputable outfit to preform work at a reasonable rate. Unit off my Case 630

Steve Heard has a diesel shop in Topeka. I had him do a Roosa some years back. I can't exactly remember the name It's something like Turbo Injection something. I will ask one of his brothers and post it. He grew up 2 miles from my place and his brothers are my neighbors. I also knew his dad Rex pretty well. They are pretty meticulous people and I am sure he will treat you right.

Took a 986 International into Injection Turbo to have the pump worked on. Thought they treated me fair. Its located on east Highway 24.

Injection and Turbo inc. 785-233-4535. I can remember Steve's dad Rex planting corn with an F-20 and a 490 jd planter back in the 70's. He had planks bolted to the drawbar and carried bags of Funk's seed corn on there. They had a yellow and black 50 Dodge pickup they used to drive. They called it the Bumble Bee. dad once asked Rex how he liked planting with his F-20. Rex said they could give him a new tractor but he'd still plant with it! They had a 77 NH baler you could see the horse head going up and down a half mile away. Ah for the neighborhood memories! They didn't have all new machinery but always did a good job of farming.

Forgot to mention if you are going to remove the shaft wire the throttle arm towards the distributor head. It keeps the governor parts in place.
