I have a case 430 with a Roosa Master pump that will not pump fuel to the nozzles , but when i put it in a vice and spin it with a drill it squirts fuel out the ports. Dose anybody have any idea why that is.

Could be because the hydraulic head is shot inside. I’ll bet your drill is turning the pump much faster than the pump turns on engine and the pump only turns one half engine speed anyway.
