round wide front on a 50

I need to remove the wide front on a 50 so I can get to the radiator bolts in order to remove it. I took off the 4 bolts that mount the frame of the front end to the tractor but doesn't want to come off. What am I missing? Thanks

My SWAG would be it is hung up on the 2 dowel locating pins..

PS: I would also remove the steering arm before removing axle housing and be sure to securely hold the housing it's heavy.

Unless something is totally different between a 50 and a 60. I have a round wide front 60 that I removed the radiator and did not have to remove the front axle. One bolt on each side.
