Must be a slow day in the neighborhood you guys need to hash out a 9 year old post.
Thalidomide was not sold in the US. The FDA would not approve it, after their testing.Sure I trust Monsanto. Just like I trust the government. And about as much as I trust the colleges that get donations from Monsanto. I didn't say it wasn't pretty safe. I said 1 I don't trust them and 2 it could be 20-30 years before we know for sure. Heck they gave women who swallowed water melon seeds a morning sickness pill that had been tested only to see kids born without arms and legs. It was tested by both the FDA and the company that made it. It took years before it was taken off the market.

John .... what happens on the site where that ends up happening? In this case it looks like RNDY3738 replied today to TEDDY52 (from 2015) and that got things rolling again. Too bad that when that happens, the poster today doesn't see a red flag.Must be a slow day in the neighborhood you guys need to hash out a 9 year old post.
Have you priced five gallons of condensed weed killer today. It's pretty close to that now.Roundup was released for use around 1975. $100 a gallon then.

If you scroll to the bottom of any thread, you’ll see a list of “similar threads”. People click on them not realizing that they’re all very old threads. Its part of this software, every forum that uses this software has the same issue. It pulls in traffic from web searches, traffic equals money. Other forum software will lock old threads, which sure would be nice. This software either doesn’t have that option, or no one wants to use it. Because its every single forum with this software.John .... what happens on the site where that ends up happening? How many NEW threads were started today, three or four or a few more? There's plenty of room for a couple of old ones that won't quite die, IMHO!If you scroll to the bottom of any thread, you’ll see a list of “similar threads”. No endozoochory like with raspberries. If you eat a watermelon seed by accident it won't sprout. Jim
It provided about 90% of my father-in-law's Cancer and eventual death. He was on the flight line where it was being handled every hour. JimNope, agent orange had no Glyphosate (Roundup) in it
Agent orange had 2-4-5-T in it which contained Dioxin. Dioxin is what made Agent orange such bad stuff.
So MJ .... if I do that and simply click on an old thread and read it then it shows up on the current list of topics at the top? Or do I have to reply to it? I assume the second one, not simply reading it right? If you scroll to the bottom of any thread, you’ll see a list of “similar threads”. Well BD, I guess an old thread topic is as good as a new one .... even though the OP might have moved on from YT. "Moving on" could have a variety of definitions, one of which we don't want to talk aboutReading it will not move it to the top.
Replying to it will move it to the top.
