It is rain ready after two hours. Some grasses won't "wilt for 6-7 days.
What are you trying to do with it?

I believe the label says it takes about two days to fully translocate to the roots, that is when it is ok to plow. I give it 3 days. If you are wondering how long it takes to see the plant actually wilt and desicate well then that can take a couple of weeks, faster in hot and dry weather.

I sprayed some Tuesday, didn't have time before rain was coming in to finish out the last tank. Finished yesterday (Saturday). Not much sign of wilt, but the grasses had stopped growing, that is,they were shorter than the grasses that hadn't been sprayed yet.

Typically rainfast in an hour or 2, so it is 'working' by then.

Depending on the weed and the temperature, you may not 'see' much happening for over a week. In cool weather like we are having this year, you don't really notice the weed die; but the corn or soybeans start looking taller & taller as they keep growing, and the weed is frozen in place. Can be 3 weeks or more before the weed is 'gone'.

Depends on how strong you mix it. If you mix it light it takes about a week. Mix it strong and weeds start wilting the 2nd day. Time of year makes a difference. I'm just outside Houston TX and weeds will wilt faster in the heat of summer than when it's cool in the winter.
