Ok, got my girlfriend"s Jubilee running again...was wondering what we needed to keep an eye on regularly. We know to keep an eye on the oil, water, hyd fluid...anything else we need to be checking on a regular basis? I took some pics this past weekend, I will post them in the pic section!

Before i start the tractor every day, I pull the oil cup to make sure the air cleaner is full and make sure it is at least somewhat clean.

I turnt he gas on, then check the oil in the crankcase, and the hyds. kick the tires and look at the lugnuts.. look at hyd hoses and belts.. check rad for water, and peer into gas tank to make sure enough's in there for the work i planned.

I then stomp the clutch, and hit the starter button.. after about 3-4 revs i remember to reach down tot he tool box and grab the key and then turn it on, then it starts ont he 1-2nd rev after that.

every week i hit the grease fittings and check for play in the steering components.. also grab rear wheels and check the hubs...

Monthly I check the battery water and look for corrosion.. also service air cleaner cup if not sooner.. A drop or tow of oil in any oil caps on the genny or distrib. Every year or sooner if needed, i change the oil and filter, I grab the pto shaft and check for bearing play..and check/adjust tire pressure..and every couple years i do the hyd fluid and gear oil. Front wheel bearings get lubed and checked.

not exactly by the book.. but it works out ok..
